timing issue

HI, I am recording a synth plugin in C5 and have timing issue. The recording is about 1/8 late.

I checked latency, its about 7milliseconds. I disabled tracks. Auto-Q is off.

I tried opening a new empty project, the same problem.

Where could the problem come from?

What MIDI interface do you use?

well, sorry didnt try this before posting:

it was enough to switch off and on the AI and things went back to normal.
