That was the automated reply I got on a support request, followed by a non-reply/non-solution after over 24hrs.

Any thoughts on this?

I just bought the upgrade and I really hope this isn’t the level of support I’m looking forward to of a professional “flagship” product.

Just got another reply from another rep that said that Steinberg doesn’t have a trial version of Nuendo v5.

This followed by talking about how running Nuendo version 4 wouldn’t work on Win8.

Can I get a job at Steinberg please? Seems easy…
