Hi, thanks again for posting @garymusic , one question:

One thing nice about the standard comping technique is that it’s super painless to change ones mind about the best comp, just by clicking on an alternate segment to “bring it to front”.

Does that work OK in your method?

Next audition by using the Play-UP and Play-Down macros as in a previous post. This will play the track but also keep the highlight moving with the soloed track.

Can you give a link to the previous post you reference please? As it stands now I unfortunately don’t quite follow.

3. The macro at the top of your post of your May 15, 2022 post (3 above this one as it stands now) … Is it complete? Why would you want to go up 10 tracks? (Sorry, not feeling very bright💡here!)
