Hi All - sorry if this has all been discussed before, but I am struggling (and always have done) with Dorico’s layout/engraving system. My ageing brain is struggling with new concepts!
Dorico 6 Pro. MacBook Pro M4Max. NP5.
I am re-orchestrating a 7 movement (flow) orchestral/choral work for concert wind band one movement at a time, with the intention to join it all up in one file when completed. (An all-in-one version, and individual self-contained versions for those bands who only want to play one movement.)
I have made a title page on the first completed movement, complete with text and photos, with which I am very pleased. Now I have a couple more movements in the bag, I want to add the snazzy title page to each but, despite reading all I can, I cannot seem to able to copy/import the title page.
I am sure I am being dense, but would welcome any help from you more experienced guys who can do this in their sleep.

To move templates between files, you need to first save and then import a page template set.
So let’s say you’ve added a title page template to the Default Full Score set in one project. First, export the set, and give it a name like “Default with Title” (or something more appropriate).
Now switch to the other project and import the set you just exported – that’s the icon to the left of the one highlighted above.
At this point, you have two choices. If you want to use all of the templates in the imported set – Default, First, and Title – then just switch to the set. You can do this for the current layout directly in Engrave mode, or you can change it for multiple layouts in Layout Options.
Note that there are different defaults for score and part layouts.
Instead of switching template sets, another option is import just the new Title page from the new template set into the existing one.

I have red triangle in pages 1 + 2. Is that not helping? I also want to make all the text changes in the titles on music pages to look like the first one before I export etc.
Oh dear - not going well! I tried that - exported, then imported - but there is no change? God, I’m dense with this!
The problem is, you did not make a Page Template for the title page. You just added a new page and edited directly. So, you can’t export and import it.
There is no way to promote your edits to a Page Template, so you’re going to have to redo it.
Again, it looks like you edited the page directly (the red triangle is an override) and not the First Page Template.
