To open Cubase faster & VST 2 Plug-In Manager

When I open Cubase, it stays quite a long time in “Initializing: VST 2.x Plug-In Manager”.
Could I do something Cubase to open faster, for example in VST Plug-In Manager? I’m using Cubase Pro 12.0.52.

often constantly rescanning plugins could be caused by improper closing of Cubase. I often experience this with my Korg collection.

Try to open Cubase, once it is ready to use close it again before running any projects/plugins.

Then start again to see if Cubase is happy with the last scan and opens faster. Works like a charm for me with the same type of issues you describe
