Does anyone know the shortcut that allows to keep the position when switching from write mode to play mode?
I remember seeing this in a video. I did search the forum and the manual, but couldn’t find it.

Sorry, Québ, I’m not sure what you mean. Whatever you have selected in Write mode will be selected when you switch to Play mode, and vice versa, so there’s no need for an option here, unless I’m missing something.
I thought I’ve seen somewhere there was a key command that opens up play mode at the same spot shown in write mode, but it well have been a selection that did the trick. Thanks
