Toggle Auto Select Adjacent Events Edit Option

It would be great to have a menu option to automatically includes adjacent events when selecting an event.

Think of it like a quick auto-group. A useful behaviour of this mode would be to only move the outer boundaries of the group when enlarging or reducing the head or tail of the first or last clip in the auto-selected group, not the start and end of each clip in the group.

Pretty much like toggling an auto glue state I guess.

Until your feature request is implemented you could try if this macro works for you:

It has a catch: There needs to be an event to the left and the right of it.

Nifty. Thanks Johnny, I’ll give it a go. I’m not sure it will tick all the boxes I mentioned but it still looks handy
