I do film scoring so I need to constantly switch between TimeCode and Bars/Beats. Having both a TimeCode and Bars/Beats ruler isn’t enough: I need to see the exact values.
Is it possible to display both in the Transport bar? Seems like you used to be able to, but I can’t seem to make that happen.
I’d also be content with a key command that switched the main Ruler at the top between these two. I’m aware I could assign a key command to Edit | Display Format which would allow me to cycle through all five: “Damn – missed it, I have to cycle through all five again to get the one I want.” Ugh.
Being able to see the exact value of both, or toggle the main ruler (so I can see the one I need in the Transport Bar) is what I’m looking for.
Or I’m entirely open to better solutions!
