Toggle step input not seen

I recently upgraded from CUBASE Pro10.5 to CUBASE Pro13.
I can’t see toggle step input on CUBASE Pro13. What should I do
Can I choose to enter toggle step?

Thought this is only available in the key editor, either in separate window or in lower zone:

Open that Setup dialog in an editor (key, list, drum) not in the project.

There is no Step/MIDI Input check box

That’s all that’s in the capture I posted. How can I activate it?

You have to open the key editor and right-click on its toolbar. Your screenshot shows the configuration panel of the main/project window. Step input is only available in the MIDI editors.
