Tom-tom medium playing back as woodblock?

I’ve set up a 5 line percussion staff with bass dr., tam, sus. cym on E B F lines and 4 toms on the FA C E spaces. Three of the toms play back correctly but the one on the ‘A’ space plays back as a woodblock. What has gone wrong?

At the risk of asking insultingly basic questions… what template are you using? Have you tried resetting the playback template? Have you checked the VST assignments in Play mode?

hsse+hso template, tom tom 2 in play mode is set to hss3 and I’m not at all insulted, just would be happy to get this straighend out.

Switched to Noteperformer, fixed it.
