When I use Tonalic in my song and save it and then open the song again, Tonalic loose contact with the chord track and play the same chord the whole song. What is wrong?
Yes, this happened here to… sometimes reload works… sometimes not.
In may case the ARA connection is still working because if I open the event, I can still see the chords changing in the Tonalic UI while Cubase is playing… it looks for me that the tonalic engine somehow does not follow the external input.
But aside from that Tonalic is here currently very buggy… many crashes, it feels more like an alpha version… 
I haven’t seen this sort of problem myself. However, you might want to see if any of the ideas on the Tonalic Helpcenter page could help as they do talk about issues that could relate to chord tracking and some workarounds to get things back to normal:
Beyond the specific FAQs items that relate to chord track changes, the one on making sure you have tempo track activated might also be relevant.
Yesterday it showed an update in the Tonalic window.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ve downloaded and installed, but was hoping for release notes to see what changed. Didn’t directly find any on their site, but then I did from a search:

Doesn’t say anything about any fixes, only adding support for another DAW (Tracktion Waveform). Earlier release notes on the same page do list fixes, so that’s probably not a good sign for this version’s addressing any of the issues people here have been seeing with V1.0.2.009.
