Too many measures on the page

I know I’m doing something wrong here. I added 135 measures and they all showed up on page 2. I went to Layout > Staves and Systems > Casting Off and tried several different options, but with no result.

Go to Engrave mode > select the pink signpost (the Frame Break) > open the Properties panel (in lower zone) > untick the Wait for property.

I’m in Engrave Mode - but I don’t see a “pink signpost” anywhere. Do you perhaps mean the purple “Frame Break”? When I double-click on that, I get a page called “Manual Staff Visibility”, but that doesn’t seem to be what you’re referring to.

Or do you perhaps mean this field on the right hand side of the page? When I double-click on that it disappears and

takes me back to the Write Mode.

In Engrave mode, select the Frame Break signpost with a single click, not a double click.
Open the lower zone (the Properties panel).
Untick the Wait for property.

I clicked on the Frame Break one time, it changed to a darker color, but I don’t see the word “Properties” anywhere.

The Properties panel (the lower zone) can be opened with cmd-8 on a Mac or ctrl-8 on Windows.
The command is also in the Window menu - Show Lower Zone.

The most important panel in Dorico is the lower zone. Click the little “^” at the bottom of the window to show it.
