Tool or feature that can display when an initial transient is located on a audio file

I’m looking for a tool or possibly a method or feature in Wavelab that can analyze audio files and display the initial transient timing within an audio file.

For instance, if the initial transient occurs after 150ms, then it will be displayed as part of the file’s properties somewhere.

Anything like this exists?
