Dear MR customers,
The TOOLS for MR version 1.7.7 for the MR816 X and MR816 CSX is now available. This resolves the incompatibility problems when installing and ensures that the FW preference pane is displayed.
We recommend customers of MR audio interfaces planning to use their hardware together with OS X 10.11 to proceed to the download page and install the latest driver update.
This version of the TOOLS for MR supports OS X 10.11, but we have observed one known issue with audio port name display after changing the “Digital I/O, External FX” setting in the Control Panel. We are working on this issue and until we find a solution there is a workaround, which is described in a knowledgebase article.
