When clicking on the boxes for component selection during attempts to download TOOLS, none of the check boxes work. Since TOOLS is REQUIRED to use the AI … ! Could it be that, since the Basic FX Suite has been activated already, TOOLS has already been applied. I’m really frustrated and confused by this step and I really don’t want to have to return this really sleek Steinberg device back for a refund. Any suggestions?
