totally confused

hi- I’m trying to download cubase AI that came with my yamaha mx88… I downloaded cubase LE AI elements 10 (is that the right one?) and went through the install process on my macbook pro running mojave 10.14.2 Seemed to go ok until I tried to run app and get an error: File synsoacc.bundle could not be located in the application support folder.

not sure if I downloaded the right thing… can someone point me in right direction? thanks

Thanks- I eventually figured it out and was able to install. I don’t see in this iPhone version how to delete this post- I’ll try later from desktop
