I have considered buying an iPad for my musical activities when I saw the announcement about Dorico for iPad. Some of the features described are indeed very touch-friendly. However, I did resist the urge to start supporting Apple’s vendor lock-in strategy and stayed with a Windows device (Lenovo X12 Detachable).
As you might know, most Windows tablets support running any Windows software, so it’s no problem installing Dorico on this device. However, I would be really happy to use the “touch features” introduced with Dorico for iPad on my tablet.
Is there any change that these features make it into the next major Dorico version?
