The track control buttons are an excellent idea but it would be even better if they would include a group channel button that would function like the send and insert buttons do where you can quickly toggle the on/off and with a right click see and open the plugins which are inserted in said track.

+1 This would be a great “minimized” version of making all of this easily visible and accessible in the track headers, like some other DAWs do, which would eliminate the need for any extra clicking and you would be able to turn individual sends and inserts on and off as well as move/copy/paste between tracks directly in the Project Window.
I can’t fathom why a group channel button wasn’t implemented along with the track and send buttons in the first place. There’s no logic to that decision.
Anyone at Steinberg wish to explain why they didn’t include a group Channel button in the track header?
