Track Control settings - why don't they save?

Hi all, having a …quibble, shall we say… I have been trying to save my Track Control settings (as presets) and have done many times, yet when I start Cubase again, regardless of being the same project or not, they are gone…

Anyone had the same problem or know what I am doing wrong?

Pro 11 on WIndows 10

Does Cubase quit properly, please? Does Cubase safe any other settings/preferences changes, please?
