Track Import: Tracks are not the full length

I have 6 backing tracks that are all exactly 4:20 long, when I import them into VST Live, they just stop after 2:30, the wave display also ends at this point, what am I doing wrong?

Also: How can I adjust the tempo of the song to the imported files?
