Is there a way to select which sections I want to display when I select a track?
I know of course that I can click on the different sections but I try to improve my workflow and would like to have this set up automatic.

No, you cannot set this up. The rule is the last opened panel opens once you select the track type.
Ctrl(/Cmd?)+Clicking inspector panels keeps them opened.
If you go into Setup for the Inspector you can pin items. For some reason when you apply this it closes all the tabs. But then if you expand the pinned tab they will stay open (mostly).
