Track MetaData to File Info Issue?

Hello,

The forum was diligently searched for this topic, but nothing was found, so:

The File > Info > File Properties > Date for a given .WAV stereo track file does not show the day of the month, here is an example:

The Date field of File Properties shows: Sunday, April, 2020 11:04:59. No day of the month. A bug, or am I missing something?

File metadata excerpt (partial) below:

Please show a screenshot, so that I know which part of WaveLab you exactly mean.

Philippe

Phillipe,

I neglected to mention that this is in Wavelab Elements 10.0.30 build 116.

Screenshot file attached.

Thanks and regards.

This date is displayed according to the format that is customized at the level of your operating system.
In the Windows 10 region settings, what do you see?
As an examples, what I see for my french settings:
2020-04-21_07-54-37.png

Region setting shot is attached.

As you can see, the format is “broken” on the operating side: see “long date”. I guess you can change that.

Phillipe,

I changed the WIN 10 Long Date format as you recommended and now I get a File Info > File Properties > Date date reading that matches the format shown in the WLE Operation Manual. When one sees the metadata and the screen shot in the Op Manual, it is not intuitive that there is a Win 10 setting at play, so perhaps a minor update to the Manual in the future would be warranted.

Thanks for your help!
