Track Presets only show Allen Morgan, not user presets

I’m able to find my track presets in the Media Bay, so I know they are being saved, but they can’t be found in the actual Track Preset window.

If I click the “Use Track Preset” button (which is quicker and preferable) ONLY the Allen Morgan presets are shown and nothing else.

I’ve tried resetting filters but it does nothing. The “Location Tree” only shows the Allen Morgan folder and nothing else, with no way to navigate to other folders (is that normal? so weird)

Anyone know how to get user presets to show up not just in Media Bay, but in the actual Track Preset window?
