Hi, I had a look thru collected issues re: selecting tracks with the arrow keys on the keyboard. I’m on Windows 10, Cubase 8.5.15 and I’m finding that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. So I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if there are certain conditions that have to be met for this to work properly?
No bug.
It depends on the pref:
Editing>Use Up/Down Navigation Commands for Selecting Tracks only
