Track size defaults to small. How do I reset?

Every time I add a track it is small in size ( height ). I have to readjust it from the bottom to the " normal" size.

How to I reset it so that every new track is the same size that I preset?

Sorry if noob question. .thanks for your help.

In the corner down right you’ll find the track size commands. You can also create key commands for them, very helpful.
