I, too, was at a session this weekend with the engineer on PT and was reminded of how much faster it is to adjust and change things on the fly. You don’t need to click and then navigate either to the inspector (where you might have to click a number of times to get to what you want to adjust/change) to do so many things that have already been mentioned here. It would be a hugely significant workflow improvement in Cubase, and again is completely configurable in PT…if it were implemented and configurable like that in Cubase then you could keep it like it is now, but I guarantee that most would choose the easier, faster, and more efficient way that we’re talking about here.
