Transfer USB licences to an other USB dongle?

Hi,

I have got Cubase 4 with an USB dongle. On this dongle i got the following licences:
-Cubase 4
-Wavelab 7 Elements
-Vengeance PhiltaXL

I also got a full version of Cubase 6 with the USB dongle with this licence:
-Cubase 6

And an empty Steinberg USB dongle.

Is it possible to transfer the Cubase 4 licence to the empty USB dongle and transfer the Cubase 6 licence to the Cubase 4 dongle? So I can use 1 dongle for Cubase 6, Wavelab Elements ad Vengeance PhitlaXL? (and 1 dongle for Cubase 4 only).

Should I also transfer the licences to 1 mysteinberg account?
Could someone please explain to me how (if) all this is possible? Thank you.

The question to me in the first place is, why you created more than one account at all…?
I don´t know, try to delete one, and register the key to the other
