I recorded a session at band practice the other day and I am trying to transfer the session from my laptop to my desktop since all of my plugins are on said desktop. I have tried just emailing the session but when I pull it up on the desktop, all the channels are there but the waveforms are all missing. Is there a certain way to do this without having to buy an external hard drive? Money is kind of tight now. So a simple solution is needed.

You can transfer it via internet (or an internal network), but you will always need to take all WAV files with you (CPR project is not enough). I would recommend to use Project Back Up function from the File menu.
