Transferring Cubase and Absolute 4

Hello,
I have Cubase pro 8.5 and Absolute 4, I’m want to move everything to a flash so I can free up space on my computer. All I want to know is if I can simply just copy and paste the files, including Steinberg download assistant and eLicenser Control Center, to the other flash drive or do I have to just re-download everything to the drive.

eLicenser is a small application, which should remains on the system drive.

To transfer the sound libraries (which are the biggest files), use Steinberg Library Manager. Click to Move button Library for every single Library and set the folder, where do you want to move it.
