Hi, I’ve installed Elements 9 on my Win PC, but I really need it on my iMac. How do I transfer the license please.
Uninstalling it didn’t work for some reason.

Hi I just bought Cubase 9 Elements. I installed it on my Win PC but I really want it on my iMac. How do I transfer the license?
I can’t have two registered licenses for the same software, so I’ll need to delete one from the Windows e-licenser and install it on the mac, but how do I do it? I don’t want to buy a whole new license because of a simple mistake.

You can reactivate your license by using your MySteinberg account.

Hi, unfortunately ‘remove license’ is all greyed out on my PC so I can’t select it. It won’t accept the license on my mac as it says I can only use it once!
This is driving me a little nuts. Please help!
