Transferring sounds between templates

Good morning on this wet UK Sunday morning.

I have a couple of orchestral templates that I have created that I want to merge.
These templates contain expression maps and routings and are arranged into folder tracks.

What would be the possible best way to merge these please?

You can Import from project (templates are a projects, just stored in a specific location).
