I purchased a UR44 back in August, 2014. I must have registered it because I put in a support ticket in at around that time, but see no trace of it in MySteinberg or the eLicenser program. I recently sold the item on eBay, and though the buyer has all of the paperwork he’s unable to use it because the license is still in my name. I’ve put in a request/support ticket, but wanted to know if anybody else had any other avenues I can try. I’ve since wiped my old PC (hardware/software update) so there wouldn’t be any lingering files. But I would have thought it would be on record in the eLicenser.
