Can we please have the ability to attach the transport bar to the bottom of the MixConsole screen the same way it can be done with the Project screen.
Having the Transport bar attachable to the bottom of both the Project AND the MixConsole will overcome the problem of the floating Transport panel’s size and position becoming completely unpredictable on multiple screens with different scaling.
And, as most of us have multiple screens, the way the transport bar could be changed. All the modules don’t need to be on the same row and could be displayed on two rows or more.
Can’t agree more.
Cubase on Atari used to work like that. Its’ transport bar is attached to the bottom of the screen and maximized windows don’t interface the area. It’s much better and easier to bring this behaviour back than implementing the transport ‘zone’ for each window.
