Transport bug in Nuendo 12

Was hoping this would be fix in 12 which I just installed. Whenever I stop the transport in the UI or through MMC or 9-Pin, the time line snaps back to start position no matter where I am in the song. This is super frustrating. Not an issue in Pro Tools or Logic on other systems.

Return to start on stop is unchecked in the preferences.

Ripped my hair off before I found it: untick “Use video follows edit mode” in transport menu!

the Return to start position is off by default in Cubase I believe, is that reversed in Nuendo? (by default)
