Transport while recording

Hi -

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the transport controls or jog while recording?

I ask because I cycle record, and it’s a pain to have to wait however many bars it is to get back to the beginning of my loop. Is there any way to skip forward while recording? All of the transport controls seem to be deactivated while recording.

Hi,

No, this is forbidden for the safety reason. I can’t imagine, what should happens with the recorded file then. You can’t even jump to Markers.

You have to Stop the recording, jump to the place, and start a new recording.
