Transpose function suddenly not working

Since a couple days the transpose function in the info line is not working anymore. No matter how if I pitch audio up or down, no effect can be heard. I’ve encountered this problem in at least three new projects with different audio. When I go back to older projects it still works fine though.

Anyone else ever experienced something similar and knows how to solve it? I’m using Cubase Pro 11.0.10, Windows 10 64Bit.

In any case, I would recommend to update to the latest Cubase 11.0.40.

Isn’t the Audio Event or the track locked somehow? Or does it follow the Transport Track?

Thank you for the welcoming. It seems the Algorithm was changed from elastique pro - time to tape for some reason.
