Transpose in Cubase Elements 11

I recently Upgraded from Cubase 10.5 Ai to Cubase 11 Elements.
Where has the transpose function gone and why can I no longer move audio tracks by typing in the position. Instead, all I have is the left and right locator position.
Any help would be much appreciated

Click on project heading for transpose or any other adjustment.
