Transpose to new key - need to change notes to reflect new signature

I am transcribing a choral piece and just realized after finishing all my entering, that I forgot to specify the key signature should have been Bb, not the default C. When I change the key signatures, the notes do not adjust and instead display naturals. I want the notes (e, and b) to transpose to their flat counterparts with the Bb key. In Finale, you could just tell it what key you wanted to move to and if you wanted the notes to travel with the key based on chord progression or stay where they are at, but reflect the new key signature. How do I do this in dorico? The notes are on the correct lines and spaces, I just need to E’s and B’s to change to Eb’s and Bb’s with the new signature and not stay enharmonic and display naturals.

I’m new to Dorico from 20 years of Finale, and am hung up with questions now and then. But, I am loving Dorico on the whole.

If you have changed the key signature from C to Bb, and now everything is correct except that you want to change E to Eb and B to Bb, then you can select all, invoke the Notes popover with Shift+I, and enter e=eb,b=bb and hit return.
