I am trying to get a score ready to be sent out. Even when I go to the edits menu to click Transposed Pitch. The score just will not be transposed. These scores on imported from Musecore 4. It is a problem on two of them but not the third. Is there anything that I can do to fix the problem. I greatly appreciate your time and have a great day.

This sounds like Dorico has been unable to identify the correct instruments (with their transpositions) from the xml file.
You should check in Setup and if necessary change those instruments. This may then require you to do some manually transpositions.
