Signpost says it is an F sharp, which it is
Why does it not appear?
Score is in C, and Clarinet part has been set to atonal.
Pulling my hair a bit here

If you don’t know why it is there: you have told Dorico to hide the accidental on the F# and also have Accidentals signposts set to be visible.
If you don’t know how to fix it:
- Select the signpost or the note > open the Properties panel > deactivate the Accidental property.
or to just hide the signpost
- View > Signposts > untick Accidentals

I was just anxious this was a global issue, seems local, don’t know how I did it but now it is fixed.
