A question about transposing a Part

I have finished a Score for Windband
In dorico the Tuba is in C
When I transpose the notes from the Tuba Part in Bflat (tone Higher) Dorico transpose the whole Score.
How can I change this?

If you wish to use a transposing tuba, you need to change the Tuba to a B-flat instrument. Setup mode, expand the player, Change Instrument. Transposing as you’re doing it now will indeed affect the whole score.
