ATM I have:

What I want is:
(Bb) Clarinet 1
I’ve tried several ways to make this happen, but no dice.

Hi @MusiComPublishing, you find this Option in Layout Options/Staves and Systems/Staff Labels/Pitch and transposition. Choose first the Layout where the option should be applied, from the right panel of the Dialogue (there is also a button for Select all layouts on the bottom right, that you probably want to use in this case
