is there any way to make transposition to the notes from piano to clarinet in cubase pro 8.5?
Yes, you can use the Score function, and then transpose the display there. This will keep your actual MIDI notes the same, but will give you a Score version you could print and give to a Clarinet player. There is a preset in Score Settings, Display Transpose for Bb Clarinet. I hope this information is helpful.
