for some unknown reason (to me) when deleting a chord in one of the staves, DORICO deletes it it in all the others are well, like they are connected.
How can I make sure that if I delete it in one instrument, it doesn’t get deleted in the other?
Chord symbols by default are indeed connected, because they’re system-attached, global objects – it means you input the chord symbol once, but it appears above all the staves that need it.

You can input local chord symbols if you want two players to have different chords at the same rhythmic position
