Hi @Avremi_Gourarie, your ritenuto goes beyond the beginning of the fermata and overrides it. Just shorten your ritenuto and all will be good. Here a BEFORE and AFTER, and video explaining the workflow (and one tip on using the line stile for the dotted line, instead of text):
