Tremolo (repeated notes) for guitar

I want to input flamenco guitar 5tuplet melodies which sometimes repeat a single note and sometimes not. When notes are not repeated within a beat I just use the tuplet tool but it’s tedious and takes up space. How does one notate the slashes on repeated notes to conserve space.

This is called tremolo for guitarists but Dorico’s concept of tremolo pulls up something different.

Is this an articulation, how do I find it/use it, and what is it called in Dorico?

Under Repeat Structures on the right panel (looks like a first ending). You find all the tremolo(s) you need – assuming I understand what you are after.

EDIT: I see you aren’t satisfied with Dorico’s tremolo. Can you drop a small screen capture of what you are after?
