trigger midi loops from midi keyboard?

I am using cubase le6 and wanted to know if it is possible to create midi loops and assign each of them to be triggered from a specific key on a midi keyboard.
I would be interested to know if this can be found in the documentation somewhere (i havent found it), or if anyone could direct me to an online tutorial or video on the topic. thank you.

Thanks. I’m aware that I could record the audio output of my midi tracks and loop them as samples. What I’m after is keeping them as midi tracks and therefore keeping them editable.
