I’m sure this is a very basic question for which I apologise but for the life of me I can’t get accents to play in the East West solo cello via the Art Conductor expression map. Slurs, dynamics. techniques etc are fine but I just can’t get accents to work, nor can I find any editing facilities for them in the Art Conductor expression map. I must be doing something wrong - any suggestions? (Mac OS Sequoia/Dorico 6/EastWest Opus edition)
Unless the Accent is handled by a specific switch in the expression map, it is done by a simple change in volume.
Defaults are set in Library>Playback Options>Note Dynamics>Accent. These can be overridden for each expression map under Playback Option Overrides.
