I have been using expression maps to switch between VSTs within a single MIDI track and I am trying to find an efficient way to create sound slots that can trigger multiple at once. (For example, layering spiccato patches from different string libraries). One method that seems to work is to set a sound slot to a MIDI channel and then assign multiple VSTs to that channel. However, in order to create sound slots with different combinations or to play each VST on its own, a new duplicate of each VST is needed in the Kontakt multi rack to be set to a new channel. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this without needing to make any duplicates?

If you are going to use multiple libraries, you will duplicate anyway.
