Dorico thinks that a minor second trill becomes major if it extends to the repeated note. Of course the notes can be tied but I think a retake should be allowed.
I do not see an option to modify the trill to what I expect.
Then shouldn’t you just have two trills?
I’d see the extended trill line and presume the notes were supposed to be tied, but the editor missed it.
